Responsibility for your data
Bridgwater Electrical Hub is run by Vantage Growth Partners Ltd (company 15968261), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Vantage Growth Partners Ltd is the data controller for this site, registered with the ICO under C2068704.
Information supplied with an enquiry
Through the form: your name, phone, email, postcode, the problem you chose and any extra detail. Through a call: your phone number and a recording. Our host also keeps routine server logs.
Purposes for using your details
We need your details so an electrician can get in touch about the job you described. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, because you asked for an electrician and passing your details on is how that happens. Recording calls also rests on legitimate interests, so we can check what was agreed and deal with complaints.
Recording telephone enquiries
Calls to 01278 553364 are recorded and you hear a message saying so first. Recordings are held by our phone provider and used for training, quality and resolving disagreements.
Your analytics preferences
Nothing is sent to Google Analytics until you press “Accept analytics”. It measures visits, pages seen, taps on the phone number and which problem a submitted form picked, but never your name, phone, email or postcode. If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_YJT6XQGWPB, which last up to two years. Choose “Decline analytics” and none are set. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie.
Recipients of enquiry information
The electrician who takes the job receives your enquiry and is responsible for how they use it. HighLevel stores our contact records, calls and messages. Cloudflare hosts the site. Google receives visit data only if you accept analytics. Some of these providers hold data in the US under the UK-US data bridge or the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses. Your details are never sold; email us to find out more.
Retention of enquiry records
We delete enquiries and recordings after 24 months, unless a complaint or legal claim means we must keep them longer.
Your data choices
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you may object to our use of it. To withdraw analytics consent, press “Review analytics permission” on this page and choose “Decline analytics”. Complaints can go to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
