Explain the electrical issueThe hub's referral process
Whether you ring or use the form, your enquiry goes to one registered, insured electrician who covers your area. They call you, discuss the job and agree the work and price with you. Your details are never sold on.
The electrician handling your job
The work is done by an independent electrician, not by us, and we have no team of our own. They are registered and carry public liability insurance. Ask to see both, and check their registration on the Electrical Competent Person Register.
Government guidance on finding a registered electricianLimits of the referral service
We never carry out electrical work and cannot promise when someone is free. The electrician is responsible for the work, and you settle the price and date directly with them.
